Welcome to The History of Pe-kae Champions! This page is a tribute to Mrs. Pat Arrington, for her love of the Shih Tzu Breed. Pat dedicated endless hour's of hard work and love to bettering the Shih Tzu Breed. This is her page and all her hard work. I am honored to be able to carry on her beautiful line. I have also been working on the Twa-Nas Pe-Kae Line for the last 4 years and we are continuing to show these beautiful lines.Thank you Pat for 25 years of wonderful and beautiful Shih Tzu!
